The appointment with Mario and Cristina will be in the heart of Genoa’s historical centre, at Palazzo Imperiale, a sublime place full of charm and history.
We will learn the secrets of making authentic pesto and, after preparing it together, we will enjoy it, accompanied by local white wine, with the typical focaccia and trofiette, both queens of Ligurian gastronomic culture.
